Scope of activities

Our core business is power electrical design and engineering services. We focus mainly at medium voltage and low voltage distribution systems.

Our area of activity covers mainly power plants, heating plants, transformer stations, industrial plants, oil and chemical facilities, waste water treatment plants.

Within this, we have basically four activities:

Conceptual planning, studies, expertise, consulting

We prepare feasibility studies, concept plans, and tender specifications.

We do design documentation inspections. We are dealing with review and development of existing power distribution and protection systems.

In this way, our design and engineering activities cover all phases of a construction process.

Complex power electrical distribution planning

Our execution plans include all the necessary design documentation in the field of power electrical distribution.

We provide overview scheme of the electrical system, layout drawings for the equipment, we size and specify the switchgears, transformers, cables, etc. Design the protection and interlocking system and specify the automation functions. Prepare the circuit diagrams, terminal diagrams, layout drawings and cabling plans. Carry out the necessary short circuit calculations and determine the setting values of the electrical protections. We also occasionally undertake programming and parameterization of digital protection (automation) devices.

We make technical description of the system and its operation.

Our design documentation includes the necessary interface to the supervisory control system.

It is a crucial part of the complex design process to work closely with the customer, understanding their needs and translating them to the most appropriate technical solution.

For large facilities or in case of a complex reconstruction work, experience is needed not only in managing technical issues, but also in managing changes throughout the entire process and keeping the whole design package consistent. Our company has great experience in this too.

Medium voltage switchgear secondary design

Signaling, measuring and control circuits for medium voltage switchgear. Design of protection, interlocking system and auxiliary power supply.

We carry out our activities in accordance with the relevant European and national standards, with the technical requirements of the era, with the utmost consideration of the technical requirements of the customer.

We have extensive experience in designing medium voltage switchgear for industrial installations, factories, power plants, utility stations, data centers, hospitals.

Our company is exceptionally experienced in designing MV switchgear (PIX, MCset, SM6, RM6 types) manufactured by Schneider Electric. In recent years, we have been designing nearly a hundred PIX switchgear assemblies worldwide.

Additional engineering activity

Occasionally, our partners the general designer of a facility or the company supplying the equipment / solution requires the assistance of our company only in a specific area. In such case, the planning is limited to a specific area. For example: protection cabinet design, connection, digital protection programming, parameterization, arranging signal interface for equipment.

In these cases, it is common that a plan consist of a few pages are preceded by several days of consultation and information gathering. We regularly receive such requests in order to achieve a reliable, thoughtful solution.
